And this [salvation] is not of yourselves [of your own doing, it came not through your own striving], but it is the gift of God;&#8221;<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#000000\">So no matter what great deeds a person\u00a0 does, it will never be enough<\/font> to deserve salvation from God. Instead, salvation is given to all those who believe in Jesus Christ as a gift from God. There is nothing we can do to earn salvation. It is given to us by God&#8217;s grace. Take a moment to re-read the scripture mentioned above:<strong> <font color=\"#800080\">Ephesians 2:8.<\/font><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I know I have made mistakes and will make mistakes.
