{"id":20818,"date":"2017-09-23T18:53:42","date_gmt":"2017-09-24T00:53:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.accesstogod.com\/index.php\/2017\/09\/23\/philemon-11-25-youngs-literal-translation-bible\/"},"modified":"2017-09-23T18:53:42","modified_gmt":"2017-09-24T00:53:42","slug":"philemon-11-25-youngs-literal-translation-bible","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.accesstogod.com\/?p=20818","title":{"rendered":"Philemon 1:1-25 (Young&#8217;s Literal Translation Bible)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><script type=\"text\/javascript\">\/\/ <![CDATA[\ngoogle_ad_client = \"ca-pub-4647651612525789\"; \/* access2God_horiz_4_link_single_post *\/ google_ad_slot = \"7824248799\"; google_ad_width = 468; google_ad_height = 15;\n\/\/ ]]><\/script><br \/>\n<script type=\"text\/javascript\" src=\"http:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\">\/\/ <![CDATA[\n\/\/ ]]><\/script><br \/>\n<strong>1<\/strong> Paul, a prisoner of Christ Jesus, and Timotheus the brother, to Philemon our beloved and fellow-worker, <\/br><strong>2<\/strong> and Apphia the beloved, and Archippus our fellow-soldier, and the assembly in thy house: <\/br><strong>3<\/strong> Grace to you, and peace, from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ! <\/br><strong>4<\/strong> I give thanks to my God, always making mention of thee in my prayers, <\/br><strong>5<\/strong> hearing of thy love and faith that thou hast unto the Lord Jesus and toward all the saints, <\/br><strong>6<\/strong> that the fellowship of thy faith may become working in the full knowledge of every good thing that `is&#8217; in you toward Christ Jesus; <\/br><strong>7<\/strong> for we have much joy and comfort in thy love, because the bowels of the saints have been refreshed through thee, brother. <\/br><strong>8<\/strong> Wherefore, having in Christ much boldness to command thee that which is fit &#8212; <\/br><strong>9<\/strong> because of the love I rather entreat, being such an one as Paul the aged, and now also a prisoner of Jesus Christ; <\/br><strong>10<\/strong> I entreat thee concerning my child &#8212; whom I did beget in my bonds &#8212; Onesimus, <\/br><strong>11<\/strong> who once was to thee unprofitable, and now is profitable to me and to thee, <\/br><strong>12<\/strong> whom I did send again, and thou him (that is, my own bowels) receive, <\/br><strong>13<\/strong> whom I did wish to retain to myself, that in thy behalf he might minister to me in the bonds of the good news, <\/br><strong>14<\/strong> and apart from thy mind I willed to do nothing, that as of necessity thy good deed may not be, but of willingness, <\/br><strong>15<\/strong> for perhaps because of this he did depart for an hour, that age-duringly thou mayest have him, <\/br><strong>16<\/strong> no more as a servant, but above a servant &#8212; a brother beloved, especially to me, and how much more to thee, both in the flesh and in the Lord! <\/br><strong>17<\/strong> If, then, with me thou hast fellowship, receive him as me, <\/br><strong>18<\/strong> and if he did hurt to thee, or doth owe anything, this to me be reckoning; <\/br><strong>19<\/strong> I, Paul did write with my hand, I &#8212; I will repay; that I may not say that also thyself, besides, to me thou dost owe. <\/br><strong>20<\/strong> Yes, brother, may I have profit of thee in the Lord; refresh my bowels in the Lord; <\/br><strong>21<\/strong> having been confident in thy obedience I did write to thee, having known that also above what I may say thou wilt do; <\/br><strong>22<\/strong> and at the same time also prepare for me a lodging, for I hope that through your prayers I shall be granted to you. <\/br><strong>23<\/strong> Salute thee doth Epaphras, (my fellow-captive in Christ Jesus,) <\/br><strong>24<\/strong> Markus, Aristarchus, Demas, Lukas, my fellow-workmen! <\/br><strong>25<\/strong> The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ `is&#8217; with your spirit!
