{"id":21513,"date":"2017-09-23T19:12:56","date_gmt":"2017-09-24T01:12:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.accesstogod.com\/index.php\/2017\/09\/23\/proverbs-141-35-youngs-literal-translation-bible\/"},"modified":"2017-09-23T19:12:56","modified_gmt":"2017-09-24T01:12:56","slug":"proverbs-141-35-youngs-literal-translation-bible","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.accesstogod.com\/?p=21513","title":{"rendered":"Proverbs 14:1-35 (Young&#8217;s Literal Translation Bible)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><script type=\"text\/javascript\">\/\/ <![CDATA[\ngoogle_ad_client = \"ca-pub-4647651612525789\"; \/* access2God_horiz_4_link_single_post *\/ google_ad_slot = \"7824248799\"; google_ad_width = 468; google_ad_height = 15;\n\/\/ ]]><\/script><br \/>\n<script type=\"text\/javascript\" src=\"http:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\">\/\/ <![CDATA[\n\/\/ ]]><\/script><br \/>\n<strong>1<\/strong> Every wise woman hath builded her house, And the foolish with her hands breaketh it down. <\/br><strong>2<\/strong> Whoso is walking in his uprightness is fearing Jehovah, And the perverted `in&#8217; his ways is despising Him. <\/br><strong>3<\/strong> In the mouth of a fool `is&#8217; a rod of pride, And the lips of the wise preserve them. <\/br><strong>4<\/strong> Without oxen a stall `is&#8217; clean, And great `is&#8217; the increase by the power of the ox. <\/br><strong>5<\/strong> A faithful witness lieth not, And a false witness breatheth out lies. <\/br><strong>6<\/strong> A scorner hath sought wisdom, and it is not, And knowledge to the intelligent `is&#8217; easy. <\/br><strong>7<\/strong> Go from before a foolish man, Or thou hast not known the lips of knowledge. <\/br><strong>8<\/strong> The wisdom of the prudent `is&#8217; to understand his way, And the folly of fools `is&#8217; deceit. <\/br><strong>9<\/strong> Fools mock at a guilt-offering, And among the upright &#8212; a pleasing thing. <\/br><strong>10<\/strong> The heart knoweth its own bitterness, And with its joy a stranger doth not intermeddle. <\/br><strong>11<\/strong> The house of the wicked is destroyed, And the tent of the upright flourisheth. <\/br><strong>12<\/strong> There is a way &#8212; right before a man, And its latter end `are&#8217; ways of death. <\/br><strong>13<\/strong> Even in laughter is the heart pained, And the latter end of joy `is&#8217; affliction. <\/br><strong>14<\/strong> From his ways is the backslider in heart filled, And a good man &#8212; from his fruits. <\/br><strong>15<\/strong> The simple giveth credence to everything, And the prudent attendeth to his step. <\/br><strong>16<\/strong> The wise is fearing and turning from evil, And a fool is transgressing and is confident. <\/br><strong>17<\/strong> Whoso is short of temper doth folly, And a man of wicked devices is hated. <\/br><strong>18<\/strong> The simple have inherited folly, And the prudent are crowned `with&#8217; knowledge. <\/br><strong>19<\/strong> The evil have bowed down before the good, And the wicked at the gates of the righteous. <\/br><strong>20<\/strong> Even of his neighbour is the poor hated, And those loving the rich `are&#8217; many. <\/br><strong>21<\/strong> Whoso is despising his neighbour sinneth, Whoso is favouring the humble, O his happiness. <\/br><strong>22<\/strong> Do not they err who are devising evil? And kindness and truth `are&#8217; to those devising good, <\/br><strong>23<\/strong> In all labour there is advantage, And a thing of the lips `is&#8217; only to want. <\/br><strong>24<\/strong> The crown of the wise is their wealth, The folly of fools `is&#8217; folly. <\/br><strong>25<\/strong> A true witness is delivering souls, And a deceitful one breatheth out lies. <\/br><strong>26<\/strong> In the fear of Jehovah `is&#8217; strong confidence, And to His sons there is a refuge. <\/br><strong>27<\/strong> The fear of Jehovah `is&#8217; a fountain of life, To turn aside from snares of death. <\/br><strong>28<\/strong> In the multitude of a people `is&#8217; the honour of a king, And in lack of people the ruin of a prince. <\/br><strong>29<\/strong> Whoso is slow to anger `is&#8217; of great understanding, And whoso is short in temper is exalting folly. <\/br><strong>30<\/strong> A healed heart `is&#8217; life to the flesh, And rottenness to the bones `is&#8217; envy. <\/br><strong>31<\/strong> An oppressor of the poor reproacheth his Maker, And whoso is honouring Him Is favouring the needy. <\/br><strong>32<\/strong> In his wickedness is the wicked driven away, And trustful in his death `is&#8217; the righteous. <\/br><strong>33<\/strong> In the heart of the intelligent wisdom doth rest. And in the midst of fools it is known. <\/br><strong>34<\/strong> Righteousness exalteth a nation, And the goodliness of peoples `is&#8217; a sin-offering. <\/br><strong>35<\/strong> The favour of a
