He that formed the eye, shall he not see? <\/br><strong>10<\/strong> He that instructeth the nations, shall not he correct &#8212; he that teacheth man knowledge? <\/br><strong>11<\/strong> Jehovah knoweth the thoughts of man, that they are vanity. <\/br><strong>12<\/strong> Blessed is the man whom thou chastenest, O Jah, and whom thou teachest out of thy law; <\/br><strong>13<\/strong> That thou mayest give him rest from the days of evil, until the pit be digged for the wicked. <\/br><strong>14<\/strong> For Jehovah will not cast off his people, neither will he forsake his inheritance; <\/br><strong>15<\/strong> For judgment shall return unto righteousness, and all the upright in heart shall follow it. <\/br><strong>16<\/strong> Who will rise up for me against the evil-doers? who will stand for me against the workers of iniquity? <\/br><strong>17<\/strong> If Jehovah had not been my help, my soul had almost dwelt in silence. <\/br><strong>18<\/strong> When I said, My foot slippeth, thy loving-kindness, O Jehovah, held me up. <\/br><strong>19<\/strong> In the multitude of my anxious thoughts within me thy comforts have delighted my soul. <\/br><strong>20<\/strong> Shall the throne of wickedness be united to thee, which frameth mischief into a law? <\/br><strong>21<\/strong> They band together against the soul of the righteous, and condemn innocent blood. <\/br><strong>22<\/strong> But Jehovah will be my high tower;
