{"id":22898,"date":"2017-09-30T14:34:18","date_gmt":"2017-09-30T20:34:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.accesstogod.com\/index.php\/2017\/09\/30\/job-131-28-darby-english-bible\/"},"modified":"2017-09-30T14:34:18","modified_gmt":"2017-09-30T20:34:18","slug":"job-131-28-darby-english-bible","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.accesstogod.com\/?p=22898","title":{"rendered":"Job 13:1-28 (Darby English Bible)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><script type=\"text\/javascript\">\/\/ <![CDATA[\ngoogle_ad_client = \"ca-pub-4647651612525789\"; \/* access2God_horiz_4_link_single_post *\/ google_ad_slot = \"7824248799\"; google_ad_width = 468; google_ad_height = 15;\n\/\/ ]]><\/script><br \/>\n<script type=\"text\/javascript\" src=\"http:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/show_ads.js\">\/\/ <![CDATA[\n\/\/ ]]><\/script><br \/>\n<strong>1<\/strong> Lo, mine eye hath seen all [this], mine ear hath heard and understood it. <\/br><strong>2<\/strong> What ye know, I know also: I am not inferior to you. <\/br><strong>3<\/strong> But I will speak to the Almighty, and will find pleasure in reasoning with \u00f9God; <\/br><strong>4<\/strong> For ye indeed are forgers of lies, ye are all physicians of no value. <\/br><strong>5<\/strong> Oh that ye would be altogether silent! and it would be your wisdom. <\/br><strong>6<\/strong> Hear now my defence, and hearken to the pleadings of my lips. <\/br><strong>7<\/strong> Will ye speak unrighteously for \u00f9God? and for him speak deceit? <\/br><strong>8<\/strong> Will ye accept his person? will ye contend for \u00f9God? <\/br><strong>9<\/strong> Will it be well if he should search you out? or as one mocketh at a man, will ye mock at him? <\/br><strong>10<\/strong> He will certainly reprove you, if ye do secretly accept persons. <\/br><strong>11<\/strong> Shall not his excellency terrify you? and his dread fall upon you? <\/br><strong>12<\/strong> Your memorable sayings are proverbs of ashes, your bulwarks are bulwarks of mire. <\/br><strong>13<\/strong> Hold your peace from me, and I will speak, and let come on me what [will]! <\/br><strong>14<\/strong> Wherefore should I take my flesh in my teeth, and put my life in my hand? <\/br><strong>15<\/strong> Behold, if he slay me, yet would I trust in him; but I will defend mine own ways before him. <\/br><strong>16<\/strong> This also shall be my salvation, that a profane man shall not come before his face. <\/br><strong>17<\/strong> Hear attentively my speech and my declaration with your ears. <\/br><strong>18<\/strong> Behold now, I have ordered the cause; I know that I shall be justified. <\/br><strong>19<\/strong> Who is he that contendeth with me? For if I were silent now, I should expire. <\/br><strong>20<\/strong> Only do not two things unto me; then will I not hide myself from thee. <\/br><strong>21<\/strong> Withdraw thy hand far from me; and let not thy terror make me afraid: <\/br><strong>22<\/strong> Then call, and I will answer; or I will speak, and answer thou me. <\/br><strong>23<\/strong> How many are mine iniquities and sins? Make me to know my transgression and my sin. <\/br><strong>24<\/strong> Wherefore dost thou hide thy face, and countest me for thine enemy? <\/br><strong>25<\/strong> Wilt thou terrify a driven leaf? and wilt thou pursue dry stubble? <\/br><strong>26<\/strong> For thou writest bitter things against me, and makest me to possess the iniquities of my youth; <\/br><strong>27<\/strong> And thou puttest my feet in the stocks, and markest all my paths; thou settest a bound about the soles of my feet; &#8212; <\/br><strong>28<\/strong> One who, as a rotten thing consumeth, as a garment that the moth
