1 And now, give ear, O Jacob my servant, and Israel whom I have taken for myself: 2 The Lord

1 Give ear, O sea-lands, to me; and take note, you peoples from far: I have been marked out by

1 Give ear to this, O family of Jacob, you who are named by the name of Israel, and have

1 Come and take your seat in the dust, O virgin daughter of Babylon; come down from your seat of

1 Awake! awake! put on your strength, O Zion; put on your beautiful robes, O Jerusalem, the holy town: for

1 Give ear to me, you who are searching for righteousness, who are looking for the Lord: see the rock
