1 My brethren, do not have the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, [Lord] of glory, with respect of persons:

1 James, bondman of God and of [the] Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes which [are] in the dispersion,

1 Let brotherly love abide. 2 Be not forgetful of hospitality; for by it some have unawares entertained angels. 3

1 Let *us* also therefore, having so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, laying aside every weight, and sin

1 Go to now, ye rich, weep, howling over your miseries that [are] coming upon [you]. 2 Your wealth is

1 Whence [come] wars and whence fightings among you? [Is it] not thence, — from your pleasures, which war in

1 Be not many teachers, my brethren, knowing that we shall receive greater judgment. 2 For we all often offend.
