1 The elders which [are] among you I exhort, who [am their] fellow-elder and witness of the sufferings of the

1 See what love the Father has given to us, that we should be called [the] children of God. For

1 My children, these things I write to you in order that ye may not sin; and if any one

1 That which was from [the] beginning, that which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes; that

1 The elder to the beloved Gaius, whom I love in truth. 2 Beloved, I desire that in all things

1 The elder to [the] elect lady and her children, whom *I* love in truth, and not *I* only but

1 Every one that believes that Jesus is the Christ is begotten of God; and every one that loves him
