1 Thus saith Jehovah: Keep ye judgment and do righteousness; for my salvation is near to come, and my righteousness

1 Arise, shine! for thy light is come, and the glory of Jehovah is risen upon thee. 2 For behold,

1 Behold, Jehovah’s hand is not shortened that it cannot save, neither his ear heavy that it cannot hear; 2

1 Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and declare unto my people their transgression, and

1 Oh, that thou wouldest rend the heavens, that thou wouldest come down, — that the mountains might flow down

1 Who is this that cometh from Edom, with deep-red garments from Bozrah, this that is glorious in his apparel,
