1 I testify before God and Christ Jesus, who is about to judge living and dead, and by his appearing

1 Paul, prisoner of Christ Jesus, and Timotheus the brother, to Philemon the beloved and our fellow-workman, 2 and to

1 Put them in mind to be subject to rulers, to authorities, to be obedient to rule, to be ready

1 For this reason we should give heed more abundantly to the things [we have] heard, lest in any way
