1 Woe to the crown of pride of the drunkards of Ephraim, and to the fading flower of his glorious

1 In that day Yahweh with his hard and great and strong sword will punish leviathan the swift serpent, and

1 Come near, you nations, to hear; and listen, you peoples: let the earth hear, and the fullness of it;

1 Woe to you who destroy, and you weren’t destroyed; and deal treacherously, and they didn’t deal treacherously with you!

1 Behold, a king shall reign in righteousness, and princes shall rule in justice. 2 A man shall be as

1 Woe to those who go down to Egypt for help, and rely on horses, and trust in chariots because

1 The wilderness and the dry land shall be glad; and the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose.
