1 Are ye ignorant, brethren — for to those knowing law I speak — that the law hath lordship over

1 Truth I say in Christ, I lie not, my conscience bearing testimony with me in the Holy Spirit, 2

1 I say, then, Did God cast away His people? let it not be! for I also am an Israelite,

1 Brethren, the pleasure indeed of my heart, and my supplication that `is’ to God for Israel, is — for

1 Let every soul to the higher authorities be subject, for there is no authority except from God, and the

1 I call upon you, therefore, brethren, through the compassions of God, to present your bodies a sacrifice — living,

1 And him who is weak in the faith receive ye — not to determinations of reasonings; 2 one doth
