Morning Prayer
Father God, who is in Heaven, we love you and thank you for who you are, what you’ve done, what you are doing, and will do in our lives. Father God, we know that you are all knowing and all being. You are the one true God, the Alpha and Omega, Jehovah Jireh (our provider). And we love you and we thank you. We thank you Father for your mercy and grace and love that lasts forever. For we know we are not worthy of your undying love. Father, you are an awesome, perfect, majestic, loving, giving, and sovereign God. We know that you are King of Kings and Lord of Lords. And for that we say thank you.
Father God, who sits on High, hallowed, honorable and awesome be your Holy name. Give us Father God, our daily bread. Forgive us Father of all our trespasses against you, your will, your kingdom, anything, or anyone. We admit that we are not perfect. Father we are so far from perfect. But you are. And we love you for your understanding, forgiveness, and mercy. You deserve all the glory. We thank you for such a majestic plan of salvation and destiny. Father we thank you for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Jesus thank you for carrying out the plans of Father God so that we have direct access to Him and we are cleansed of our sins. Thank you Jesus for carrying out God the Father’s plans so that we can live eternally spiritually with you and the Father. Father God thank you for granting us the covenant of both father Abraham and Jesus Christ. We accept the material and spiritual blessings of both covenants. Father if there is anything that we have done to displease you and we did not confess our sorrow, we ask that you bring it to our attention. Place it in our hearts and minds so that we can repent. Father God we ask that you lead us not into temptation. Indeed please deliver us from all evil. And if we are tempted Father God we thank you for your written word that we may stand on, speak, cry out that we may use as spiritual weapons against our enemies. For we know that Your words are spirit and life.
John 6:63
It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.
And Father, we know that your word never returns void.
Isaiah 55:11 says
So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.
Father, yours is the kingdom, power, and glory. We thank you and Jesus Christ, for everything you have done, are doing, and will do. We love you Lord forever and ever…
Amen and Hallelujah!
